My experience with DeAndria funeral home was amazing. Suzanne and Bob went beyond beyond their job. The thoughtfulness and caring and concern was amazing. The follow up after the next day two days later even three weeks later calling to see how I was. It was a very difficult time and they made it all so easy

Kristi Schartow and Suzanne Ray went above and beyond to take the time to get to know my mother, her interests, and her unique life story and experiences. Their efforts helped to create a personalized service which we are all so grateful for. They carefully displayed her paintings and treasured items which truly captured my mother's spirit. Their planning was extremely detail oriented in every aspect possible. They even paired a photograph of my mother when she visited the Bavarian Alps with a painting she made many years later of the same mountain range and placed these two images together at the entrance. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any family 🤍

From the start, they were respectful, attentive, and truly understanding of our needs. They went above and beyond in creating a beautiful video tribute that perfectly captured my mother's spirit. The room in which we gathered with family was set up in such a welcoming, peaceful way, making a difficult time a little more bearable. My mother had requested no funeral, memorial, or celebration, and this experience truly honored her wishes in the most dignified and thoughtful way possible. "My sister and I recently had to plan a wake and service for my Dad. My mom was not able to attend the planning phase. My parents were married 72 years. We wanted the service to be a celebration of their lives. We could not have asked for a better team than Suzanne and Bob to help us navigate thru the process. From the moment we were greeted there was support and understanding. They helped us navigate some issues and gave us such a wonderful celebration of life. From the cozy room to the beautiful obit and slide show...to the amazing floral pieces. The florist listened to our wants and advised us on the best flowers. The pieces were beautiful. Suzanne tied all aspects of of the funeral to the celebration of his life. Even the memorabilia was set up beautifully. My mom was very pleased with all aspects. My Dad was a very religious man. My Dad had a beautiful send off - a prayer service, church service, and a military salute for his service in the Navy. Suzanne and Bob made everything seamless. And followed up afterwards to see how family members were!"
