Our first experience with Dashing Dan’s and a cracked pipe due to freezing temperatures. John M. arrived earlier than the estimated arrival time and provided excellent service. He answered all our questions and was transparent throughout the process. Before leaving he cleaned up and gave advice on mitigating any future issues. John is definitely an expert in his trade. My service technician Clifford was excellent and answered all my questions very thoroughly and with genuine care. He even had some great recommendations for the future to keep my systems up and running in good condition.

Dashing Dan’s is one of the best! We had a back up in our garage for the waste water and of course it happened on a Sunday. They were quick with answering the phones and had a technician to our home with in an hour. Brett was great! He was super helpful and courteous! He found the problem right away and was upfront with costs and procedures to fix the issue. They are fair with the pricing and guarantee all their work! Highly recommend!

Last Sunday, I noticed my heat was not working on 1 of my two zones -- the bedroom zone. I was able to manually open the zone valve and all good. I have a contract, so I called it in. Long story short, Rich replaced the zone valve and the pipe with the ball valve.
All good but a the next, the heat wasn't consistent. Tom came this time and found the thermostat stopped working and gave us a new one and it was good. Then, right before the big storm a few days later, the other zone had issues... I tell AJ over the phone that my pipes and the return pipe are warm -- hot at the zone valve -- so another it's the other thermostat or the circulation pump.
Tom comes back and confirms bad Circ Pump, replaced it and also popped in the new thermostat I got just in case. The next day is Snowmageddon 2026 but we are warm! The guys were all nice and courteous with honest answers. Set Dashing Dan's maintenance on autopilot and be done with it! Thanks guys!

We had Dashing Dan service our gas boiler today after the big snowstorm. 1-26-26. We had no heat. Technician Cliff arrived promptly and replaced our pilot light assembly. He was kind, experienced explained our problem and overall just great service by him and over the phone staff. Highly recommend
