My service technician Clifford was excellent and answered all my questions very thoroughly and with genuine care. He even had some great recommendations for the future to keep my systems up and running in good condition.

We recently moved into our new home and you can imagine our dismay when we observed a leaking pipe from one of the baseboards less than a week after moving in. Speaking to the representative Matt over the phone was very pleasant and I loved the ongoing communication via e-mail/text. They even had a GPS tracking system to advise you when your technician was en route. We had Anthony P. repair one of the copper pipes on an emergency call on a Saturday. He was very professional, efficient, and informative in explaining the root cause of the pipe leaking. I will definitely use Dashing Dan's moving forward as my primary go-to for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience! We had a toilet clog that we just couldn’t get to subside so we called late at night to schedule for the next day. We got advice even late at night and were told they’d send someone in a 2 hr time span. David from the company showed up 1/2 early, assessed the clog location quickly and fixed it. He was polite, courteous and punctual. Would highly recommend this plumbing company.
