I retained this attorney and paid a retainer in good faith, but my experience was disappointing. Communication became unprofessional, and I was pressured to sign an agreement after payment rather than before.
When I requested a refund for services not performed, I was told that my refund would only be issued if I signed an agreement restricting me from sharing my experience on social media or elsewhere. I found this troubling and inconsistent with the level of professionalism and transparency clients should expect.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney.

David Gevanter is very unprofessional and I regret putting my trust in him to handle my case. He took our money and never attempted to review or work on my case . Any time my husband or I asked for an update on our case , he was very defensive, condescending and rude . David kept telling my husband and I that he had many other cases he is working on that pays more than ours and that he has other things to deal with . He hung up the phone on me and we are now currently trying to get our money back on our case he never attempted to review. We feel scammed . David Gevanter lacks the professionalism of being a lawyer and I truly wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

The worst lawyer, incompetent does nothing but take your money and has history of suspended in PA his office is disgusting and filthy....good luck if you hire him
