I have been a patient at Doctor's Care for 15yrs. I have seen every practioner in the office and they are all amazing. Recently I have been under the care of NP Christina. She is caring, attentive and really listens to the patient's concerns. She is a welcome addition to an already awesome and booming practice. The office is open 6 days a week and they do everything in their power to schedule without delay. Highly recommend!

Doctor Care is the best medical practice that I have been too. The doctors and staff are very supportive and helpful. They have been my doctors for about 20 years. What stands out the most with this practice is the warm welcoming and the professionalism from the doctors, and staff.

At my most recent visit with NP Christina, she sent the wrong quantity of my medication to the pharmacy. Contacted the office the next day to rectify this at 10am and it’s almost nearing the end of the day and Christina has yet to rectify this matter. If I wanted to keep suffering with the symptom’s I presented with, I wouldn’t have visited the doctors office to begin with. Also had to wait 40 minutes to see this provider. which has never happened to me in over 10 years that I have visited this practice. While waiting, she was attending to the patient in the room next to mine and I could over hear their whole conversation and small talk about her dog along with her showing the patient pictures of the dog to her patient. Also the staff at the front desk are rude. Both in person and over the phone. Upon entering the office, the staff does not even acknowledge you and if they’re on the phone they don’t even make eye contact or bother being courteous enough to let you know they will shortly be with you. After calling the office to rectify my prescription and letting them know that I will be leaving a bad review for this provider, the girl at the office responded with “okay, sounds good”. If it wasn’t for my main provider at that office and the amazing service she provides, I would stop choosing this office as my primary care facility.

Doctor is friendly and knowledgeable but time management is lacking. I usually wait about 20 min (sometimes more) after my appointment in the waiting room, then another 15 min after my vitals are checked. Today my appointment was 40 min ago and still waiting... update..It's been an hour and I'm still waiting.

Heather is incredible. She listens carefully, takes the time to talk with you, and, most importantly, she finds solutions and helps with any issues you’re dealing with. It’s so reassuring to have a doctor who not only loves what she does but also truly cares about her patients.
