Updated: I've tried calling Dowling several times for yearly service and other plumbing jobs and I'm always told they'll get back to me. I've since moved on to a new go-to plumber.

Dowling plumbing saved me.
A different company installed a new heating system and, in the process, destroyed the major heating element but never told me. That company called the manufacturer during their install to troubleshoot and the manufacturer informed them they voided my warranty. They buttoned the system up and left without telling me.
I discovered this issue when Dowling showed up to service the unit. They informed me of everything that happened once they found out while trying to warranty the repair for me.
Dan Dowling called his rep at the manufacturer and got them to warranty the part, saving me $3K.
I have since used Dowling for two other plumbing issues and the service has been prompt, reasonable and professional. Tina, who runs the office, has been great to deal with, too.

Professional, went above and beyond for my family after another company that we had a service contract with just left us with no heat & hot water. Tina in the office is an asset to the company! They installed a new heating system. Guys showed up on time, worked professional. Cleaned up after them selves. Dan the owner was in and out all day. After job was done Dan took the time to come back go over everything about the system with me. Made sure I new what to expect from the system answered every question I had in detail. Tonight my family goes to bed warm and toasty. Thank you Dowling Plumbing & Heating !!!!!!!!! Amazing Job !

I recently faced a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. The owner (Dan) went above and beyond by personally coming on a weekend, outside of regular working hours. His prompt response, courtesy, and efficient resolution were truly commendable. I appreciate his dedication to customer service. Thank you for a job well done!
