Dr. Hertz is an amazing doctor. I have been a patient for 30 years and now my whole family sees him. He is so caring, thorough, and he always listens and does not dismiss your concerns. If needed he will refer you to the best specialists. He really treats you like family. The front desk is always helpful, they never turn you away for an appointment. If you are sick they make sure to see you the same day. All the medical assistants are always kind and caring. Very thankful for Dr. Hertz and his staff!

Doctor Hertz has been our family’s Primary for many years now. We can not say enough about the care and compassion he has shown us all. You never , never have to stress over appointments, even same day if your sick or injured. They squeeze you in, they make it work. Doctor Hertz sits with you , explains situations compassionately and eases your concerns. The practice itself also makes many procedures convenient in the way they can be done in house. Doctor Hertz also has made excellent recommendations when needed . Highly recommend Doctor Hertz and his entire team. We thank you very much.

Dr. Howard Hertz and his team have been our primary care physicians for my partner and I for the past 35 years. The staff is absolutely amazing and they take a very holistic view of or our medical care especially when it transcends various specialties. The office is the one Stop Shop so you don’t have to leave to get bloodwork, EKG ultrasound, Neuro tests, etc.

I would not recommend this practice. I switched to Dr. Hertz after my primary care physician moved out of town. Dr. Hertz was nice enough and seemed well informed. However, dealing with the office staff is a hassle. I was referred to a specialist, told I had to make an appointment with them and call back to make a referral. After I made my appointment I called back daily and left VM's for the person doing the referrals. Never received a call back. Had to go in person to directly ask the person to finally get the referral. Additionally, I had a physical and allergy test done during my visit. Weeks went by with no communication. I called to ask about my results to be told they only contact you for abnormalities. When I mentioned that all my previous doctors contact you to share and talk through the results, it was brushed off by telling me they are not other doctors. Still didn't give me my results and would not send them electronically. In order to get them I am going to have to take more time out to go in person to get a print out. There were additional rude communications with my wife that I won't get into. Bottom line is the doctor seems ok, but the office staff is the reason I will not continue going to this practice.
