I had a fantastic experience with this office. The staff and providers were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for. From what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems that any negative experiences come from individuals who may not have respected the office’s policies or boundaries, which speaks to the office’s commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all patients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to keep several doctor appointments. Although I canceled all four appointments, the office’s poor answering service failed to properly document my calls. As a result, I was unfairly discharged as a patient. I find this extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the challenges and uncertainty everyone faced during the COVID crisis. The way this situation was handled reflects a lack of compassion and understanding toward patients during a difficult time, and frankly, the practice should be ashamed of such treatment.

I’ve been going to this office for years, at least a decade. For the most part, the doctors are really good. The secretarial staff are trash. Honestly I have scripts that don’t get called in the wrong doctors: scripts that aren’t covered by my insurance and they send them to the wrong pharmacy so many problems but request the doctors are good. I’ve always dealt with it Five years ago, I injured my shoulder. I’ve been on and off pain medication through this office for years. I go in for my appointments when I need to get my new script no problems except for sometimes I’m stuck waiting for them to call it in. That’s what happened this time. I went into my appointment and a week later I still don’t have my script. turns out the office never bothered to call it in so when I call the office to find out what was going on with my script because now I’ve been in pain for over a week all of my kids are home from summer and I’m trying to handle two toddlers with the use of no shoulder. So the doctors office tells me that even though I went in a week ago and they see the script in my file. I have to come back in again for the exact same appointment. I’ve already done. Meanwhile, my husband, I were in a car accident a couple months ago so we spend the majority of our week back-and-forth between like six different doctors so I had to cancel my IME appointment to take this doctors appointment that I already went to to get medication that I should’ve had a week ago. I get there wait for 20 minutes. Go up and ask what’s going on. Find out there’s still four people ahead of me and I’m gonna be there at least another 40 minutes which would now require my husband to cancel his IME appointment as well. Needless to say, I kind of broke down started crying telling the office what they were doing wasn’t right that they were treating their patients like crap that I shouldn’t even be here. My appointment was a week ago and the fact that I have to come back to redo something because they messed up was not fair that they’re screwing with my doctors appointments and now they’re messing with my husband‘s appointment and this was not right. I couldn’t wait everything was not OK. The receptionist just kept telling me I need to calm down and wait my turn and basically that was it I did not yell I did not curse. I did not scream. I’m in the office literally having a breakdown, crying my eyes out so of course my voice is slightly loud. Everybody who is having a breakdown upset gets the voice a little loud I made sure I kept my words appropriate, and then I didn’t lose control of myself. I get home and the doctors office tells me I’m not allowed back. This office does not care about their patience at all there’s no loyalty. There’s no respect the fact that they messed up a pain medication script for over a week and then made me pay the price for it. Unacceptable for a doctors office.

Family members suggested I visit this office. Dr Frank is the best. I feel absolutely comfortable with him and switched to have him as my PCP immediately. The girls in the office are absolutely sweet as can be. I can not say enough positive things about Dr Frank and everyone at Dr Nakhjavan's office.
