I saw Dr. Saila Detore on 3/18/2025. The paperwork she sent home stated the interview started at 12:30 p.m., while my husband's recording shows her arriving and beginning the interview at 1:20 p.m. Videos don't lie. It is clear I was in pain that day, despite the doctor's claims. It is sad that someone would lie for a paycheck. She also stated I was exaggerating everything. Why would I cry if I were not in pain? It seems you do not care about patients, only yourself and your check. I hope the insurance company's payment blesses you and your business. May God continue to watch over you. It was clear that Dr. Saila Detore did not prioritize patient care, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. In case you are looking for a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider, this is my opinion; I felt like a prisoner being interrogated. Not all money is good money. Stay blessed 🙌

Dr DeTore is an incredibly talented surgeon and the office staff is awesome as well. I had a bad arm break and they took care of me every step of the way, made sure i was getting the PT that i needed, making sure my bone was healing properly, and making sure all the paperwork i needed was taken care of. Not a single issue. My arm strength is has come back, full mobility, very light scarring. Just wanted to take the time to write a well deserved review. Very talented doctor with a strong staff to back her up.

A patient's relationship with a physician and their staff plays a vital role in their care. This Monday, I visited a doctor to evaluate the pain I was experiencing between my shoulder and neck. From the initial appointment to the follow-up, As I waited, I observed the staff's professional interactions, including their background conversations. The consultation room and x-ray room were exceptionally clean, with signs promoting positive values that reflected the welcoming atmosphere. If you do not currently have a doctor, have had negative experiences with physicians or their staff, or have not visited a physician in a while and are somewhat anxious, this doctor and their staff are an excellent option. Even if you have had no issues and are simply seeking a change, this physician and staff would be a suitable alternative.

I've been seening this Dr Saila Detore over months now, she doesn't listen what patients have to tell her, I had an injury to my right knee. Kept going in and out of work telling her what the issue with my knee was and she just brushes it off! Dr. Saila Detore wants to do what she wants, not caring about patient safety non the safety of her own patients! Even when my own job couldn't clear me due to safety and she still pushes and Forces her patients to do what's not safe !

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Saila Suman Detore. During my appointment, I felt completely neglected and dismissed. The doctor seemed uninterested in my concerns and barely took the time to listen to what I had to say. What’s worse, I felt that I was treated differently from other patients, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about possible discrimination.
Dr. Saila Detore is also a particing doctor for the NYPD where she regularly evaluates patient officers experiencing injuries at work and off work. Dr. Detore neglects officers’ concerns and sends them back to work despite their severe illnesses and injuries.
It was clear to me that Dr. Saila Detore does not prioritize patient care, and I left the office feeling worse than when I arrived. I would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere, especially if you are looking for a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider.
