If I can give zero Stars I would because this is the most unempathetic uncaring company I ever dealt with. We received an edible arrangement and when my mother opened it she thought she was going to see something pretty and everything was upside down and smushed. I called the Babylon store, because my mother was upset because her mom just passed & she thought she was going to open something pretty and when she opened it it was a mess. Not one person has called back or has done anything about it, This happened on June 3rd. It's over a week later and no one from the store or the company, because I called them also after I heard nothing from the Babylon store, No one has called about it and I think that's absolutely horrible and I've called three times. I called the store three times and the company I left two emails. This company is horrible! It's absolutely horrible!! Now I know this company is all about the money. They don't really care about the customer. They don't care about making a person feel happy, or putting a smile on someone's face. They just care about the money. That's all they care about and that's absolutely disgusting!!

This is the first Edible arrangement store I have encountered that opened 45 mins later than the posted hours, only to experience the lowest level of customer satisfaction. Part of the company’s appeal is timeliness, where the offer of a “1-hr delivery after email confirmation” should mean 1-hr delivery. Clients are depending on this.

I recently ordered a fruit bouquet from Edible Arrangements for my friends 10th wedding anniversary and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, with fresh, vibrant fruits arranged in a stunning design. The fruits themselves were incredibly fresh and juicy, making for a delicious treat. I really hate writing reviews but I feel this location deserves credit. 2 last minute trips here in 2 days plus an online order. Plus smoothies. Day 1 went great, I ordered on site and they had my order ready in 20 min (just in time for me to run down the block and buy the other half of my gift). My online order went just as smooth (different location). Unfortunately on day 2 around 1pm they ran out of bananas for my order. I work in customer service so I know that unfortunately unforeseen issues happen that are out of your control. Delivery doesn't show up, demand suddenly increases etc. However, its all in how you handle it. That said I think this location did a phenomenal job. Apparently the manager had already ran out to the store to get more bananas. The counter person apologized, asked if I wanted to wait or choose a different smoothie. I decided to wait. Ran next door to grab something. Came back the manager still wasn't back yet. The counter person offered me a free sample (chocolate for the win) who is going to say no to that or be upset, c'mon. About 5 minutes later the manager returned, apologized and immediately started my order. A few minutes later my order was complete and for the wait they added extra fruit to my box, apologized again and thanked me for waiting.
I know this may seem silly since its fruit, albeit a gift, but its all in how you handle your customers and how you treat the help and trying to resolve an issue. Thank you for going above. I was able to bring the fruit back to my employees to recognize them for their hard work and they thoroughly enjoyed it!

Amazing service!!! Wow!! I didn’t catch the ladies name who assisted me but, she was awesome. Last minute order, just 2 hours before closing she was able to make it happen!! Thank you so much for that and the delivery was super fast!
