Dr Zeva and the team at Babylon Smiles are amazing. The entire team is professional, with excellent communication pre and post visit. The front desk is always welcoming. The assistants are very attentive. Dr. Zeva has a great way of being down to earth but is very skilled and knowledgeable. Not only is a great dentist, but I especially appreciate the way he explains everything before and during the procedure. I am always assured that I am in the best hands. I cannot recommend this practice strongly enough.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zeva. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire team made my daughter feel completely comfortable and cared for. My daughter is 8, and like many kids, she used to get nervous about dental visits — but now she actually looks forward to them!
The office has a true gift for working with children. They explain everything in a way that’s friendly and reassuring, take their time, and always treat her with patience and kindness. The office is bright, welcoming, and spotless, and they go above and beyond to make each visit fun — from the cheerful staff to the little rewards that make her feel proud and brave.
What I appreciate most is the genuine care they show. They don’t rush, they answer every question, and they always prioritize my daughter’s comfort and confidence. It’s such a relief as a parent to know she’s in such good hands.
If you’re looking for a dentist who truly understands kids and delivers exceptional care, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They’ve made such a positive impact on my daughter’s dental experience — and ours as parents, too!

A few years ago when I started going he had good hygienists that were experienced and did a good job. Unfortunately there has been hygienist turnover issues in the office as i was given several different ones over the last few visits, each one no longer working there the following year. They seemed inexperienced, and never as good as the original one i had. My last visit i had a hygienist that scraped my gum above my teeth and left me bleeding with a scab on my gum and discomfort (clearly a hygienist error). I didnt realize till i got home to look in the mirror. i took a picture and contacted the office. They asked to send the picture, which i did. I received no apology or follow up from Dr Zeva, something i would consider basic common courtesy from a doctor. Dr Zeva is very quick during cleaning visits when he does his “exam” and makes you feel rushed lasting about 1 minute. You’re just a number here, if you are not a profitable dental case for the doctor.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Zeva and his staff! Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly, caring, and professional.
