Called for service to have both septic pools pumped today as we had overflow after a big party. Darnelle arrived in the morning and was extremely professional and polite. He was highly knowledgeable with explaining the process and also us informed us on the conditions of our system. Fair price for the job.

These guys are the absolute best. For some reason anytime my cesspools back up or I have a clogged drain it’s always at night and I call and leave a voicemail, they call me first thing in the morning and accommodate me. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and they are neat and clean and don’t leave your house in a mess. They are by far the best!!!

We are so grateful and delighted with the service from Edwards. We called today because our cesspool backed up today and they arrived this afternoon and tirelessly worked to find the tank. We were not given the location of the tank by the previous owners and A.J. and Michael were relentless in their search to find it. They did, and drained it, we are so thankful and appreciated the professional service. I recommend this company highly!

I've used Edwards Sewer & Drains twice over the last 2 years to empty the septic tank and resolve sewage issues. They are a family owned business and it shows. AJ, his father and their crew are the best. They're very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They go the extra mile to figure out the issue without creating unnecessary work or cost. They fix the problem correctly with the simplest solution making the whole experience quick, painless, and fair priced. Other reviewers say their prices are better than the competition. I believe it since they are nothing but considerate and honest. I haven't compared because their response time (same day or next morning) and service have always been such a deal considering their prices, so I haven't even looked to call anyone else. Well, thinking back to a different service that I used at my previous home, Edwards Sewer & Drain is less expensive and a far better value. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you, Edwards, for all your help!
