I had my second appointment for threading my eyebrows and upper lip. Let me tell you...Prab's work on my eyebrows is amazing! I love the technique of threading. She is quick, attentive, good at curving the eyebrows nicely and just a lovely person. She recommended trying the tinting and a facial. I will definitely come back and become a regular. Been coming here for years - they are the best at threading and the only place I’ll trust with my thin eyebrows! They’re all very sweet & always offer recommendations. I’m going to try the eyebrow tinting soon.

The first time i visited, the owner did my eyebrows and did a great job. The second it was another lady who decided to not listen to me and messed up my eyebrows. Now I have very thin and ugly eyebrows. Never going back.

I had an appointment today and the doors were locked with a "we're closed" sign at the window. I called the owner who states they closed the salon for the day to have a service done. However, they didn't call to notify their customers about the closure. I thought it was very unprofessional, a simple call last night to cancel or reschedule my appointment would've avoided the inconvenience I experienced last minute.
