Gary led us to our relentlessly roach-infested, hell-hole apartment. Knowing that the landlord was unresponsive and incompetent and that our complex was shared with a 24/7 drug den in the shrubs along the parking lot, he took his broker’s fee from us with a smile. He even mocked us when we tried to take our time to check if all was in working shape in the apartment before we signed anything, taking full advantage of what he knew was our first time renting experience. Now we are stuck with a litany of issues, no help from management, a year long lease and so much money and energy down the tubes. PLEASE do not use this company or Gary!!! Save yourself the nightmare living experience, money, energy, and sleepless nights.

We can't thank Gary enough for helping us find our first home. He was always there for us responding to out million and one questions and concerns we had A LOT as a first time buyer. He was always professional and friendly by the end of the day of closing he was family. He is very knowledgeable and tells it how it is always and we appreciate that he there for us every step of the way. Two months after closing Gary worked on getting us a tenant and he did an amazing job three months down the road and we absolutely love her. We thank Gary all the time for being there and making our first time buying easy and painless. He is always available if we still call him and always sends us holidays cards, he is more than an agent now he is family. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy. He did a lot of due diligence in finding a tenant and when purchasing the home. He got Very involved and covered us in every direction. Thank you again Gary.
