I have had multiple installs by them at my home and church. From first phone call to final completion they are without a doubt the most customer friendly, technically competent and schedule accommodating company you will find. Their pricing is competitive and their value for service is outstanding. Their knowledge of all energy efficiency rebates is fantastic and they handle all the complexities of the utility and government energy efficiency rebate process seamlessly. Their promptness with scheduling, follow through and friendly customer service are simply the best! Without a doubt, Five Star will exceed your expectations!

Had a 17 year old HVAC unit in our home which we needed to replace. Reached out to the local community for recommendations for a reputable installer. Landslide vote for 5 Star Mechanical. The initial consultation was done by Chris who was super informative and super helpful with all of the questions/concerns that I had.
The staff at the office kept in contact throughout the process and was super helpful in preparing the rebate information for me to submit to the Gas company. top notch and super friendly
Rodolfo, Chris & Edison was the team that was sent to get the new system installed. They were always prompt, and super respectful of your property. Drop cloths everywhere, shoe/boot coverings when coming in and out of the house (little details make a huge difference to some)
Most importantly they did an AMAZING job. the whole job ran one day over through no fault of their own. Turned out to be an issue with a circuit board that required someone from the manufacturer to come out and remedy.
Cannot recommend this place enough. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. It's always smart to shop around when getting a large project like this done. I'm glad this company was on the list.

We had a two zone Daikin Heat Pump installed, matched with the new Endura indoor units. All work was perfectly done right the first time and the units they installed all functioned perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Our project manager Andrew surveyed our job and was there every step of the way. He answered all my questions and advised me of the best options. We were very impressed with the installation team as well. Rodolfo and Renne are real pro's. The company sent well-trained workers, including a licensed electrician, and got this job done in one day.

Another wonderful experience with Five Star. Tyler, the technician, was friendly, courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. Tyler checked all of our units, cleaned the filters and told us we were good to go. Since switching to Five Star, from terrible company, we have been so happy. I recommend, without reservation, Five Star for all HVAC needs.
