Just completed what we considered a huge renovation with Fortitude Contracting. Roofing, Hardie siding, Azek captivate color pvc trim, new Andersen windows, full gut of 1st floor, removing 1 bedroom upstairs and creating an awesome 2 story entrance foyer, quartz fireplace with a recessed surround for a tv, complete bathroom, full kitchen, oak flooring etc etc etc. I have to admit i have a touch of OCD and there are certain things that could bother me. There is nothing that I look at on our job that isn't what I would consider perfect. I spent 50 years in the construction business so I know quality when i see it. The trades that came to work on the job were all professional, very neat, did their part of the job with expertise and precision. We had great communication with Bill, Cora and the real boss Kelly. Never an email or call left unanswered. I knew Bill for many years in the construction industry and when one of my daughters was looking for estimates on a huge project at her home in 2023 we asked Bill to quote on it fully expecting to use a friend of my son in law instead. Bill came in and suggested and explained so many great ideas we were all sold on Fortitude before he got back into his truck. With our job Bill told us it would take 3 months (13 weeks). We were back in our new home in 12. That to me was huge. We were so comfortable with the Fortitude gang beginning to end that I encouraged my youngest daughter to work with them. Fortitude will be starting thier renovation November 17th.

Just wrapped on our large home renovation project with Fortitude Contracting. My wife and I are very happy with the end result. We cannot thank them enough for the job they did. Bill, Kelly, and Cora told us they would be there for every step along the way and they kept their word. Large renovations are stressful no matter how prepared you are, we are forever thankful for having Fortitude in our corner.

We recently hired Fortitude Contracting for a major home extension project that went over our patio and created a beautiful, spacious new living area — and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, working with Bill, his wife Kelly in the office, and their daughter Cora out in the field was a pleasure.
Bill’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and what really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond the original plan. He gladly took on additional work we hadn’t initially discussed, and it all came together perfectly. Kelly kept communication smooth and organized, and Cora was a great help on-site, making it truly feel like a family team effort. Had my roof replaced a couple of weeks ago by Fortitude Contracting. WOW! They ripped the roof, replaced much of the plywood, replaced the fascias and sofitts, put all new everything, including gutters. In and out in one day excellent pricing. I had a couple of friends who do home improvements check out the job and they were blown away. The workers were very clean and professional. And the yards were left spotless. Thank you to people of Fortitude Contracting. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do home improvement jobs big and small.
