I brought in my Toyota Camry that needed some underbody work. The owner, Frank quoted me $800. I got the same work done elsewhere for $400. Frank then got upset that I got the work done elsewhere. I am not paying twice the price to these people for the same work of quality. Never returning here.

This has been my go-to shop for close to a decade. This is the best place if you need help from inspections to full collision repairs. Frank is awesome and reasonable and will pull every string to get you on the road safely and satisfactorily.

The disrespect for other people's property and willingness to lie to law enforcement was enough for me. The company was hired to pick up a truck. The truck was parked in a tight area. I offered to move the truck out and the driver said no. The driver hit my other parked car and got mad when I bought it to his attention. I told him I was going to call the police. He said "GO AHEAD! CALL THEM!" I will lie and say I wasn't driving. When the police arrived I first explained exactly what happened. I guess he realized there were cameras and he decided to tell the truth. Eventually the truck was towed. There were minor damage to the other truck. I tried to call the company but whoever answered the phone pretend to be the owner or if he was the owner he really didn't care. Honesty and trust equal good customer service. Clearly there was none here. To be fair I don't want to condemn the company , it was the driver. I'm sorry I did not get his name but you do have the company name.

There is absolutely no way you can take a car in at 12pm the previous day, return the car at 6pm the next and not tell your client what’s wrong with the car when they ASKED YOU for a diagnostic, not to replace anything. On top of that charging someone 1000 dollars to change an alternator for you to say that the problem wasn’t even the alternator it was an oil leak. An alternator is 300 max and DOES NOT take two days to work on, if it takes you that long to change a part that has minimum three bolts and two connectors find a different career you are smoking crack. The only thing they’re good at is ripping people off because obviously people will pay you to get their car back but they want you to come back and pay them for the actual problem. Absolute morons.

I have been trying to find a good body shop to do detailing work and I finally found this place. I have to say I’m very impressed with their work. Frank is an exceptional professional and his team did an amazing job with my car body work. I will be going here from now on for repairs. Thank you for a job well done!
