I met Carmine from Gallant Air for the first time today. I was having issues with one of the large central a/c units in my home. Another company told me the entire unit needed to be replaced - both the air handler and the compressor - a very expensive job. I called Gallant for a 2nd opinion. Carmine was amazing and looked at the unit carefully and throughly. He determined that the best course of action for now would be to use a sealant to ensure the refrigerant doesn't leak, and to clean the compressor out. He did both of these things free of charge and explained "when you get hurt you don't immediately have surgery - first, you try rehab. So that's what he did. He was so nice and kind and was here for over an hour. I look forward to continuing to work with them!

Unbelievable work by Matt and his team. I was having issues with my AC and they came over to tune up my ductwork, insulate cans, working nonstop in the attic and the basement and the outdoor condenser.
They are going to give you the best service you can get. See pictures for proof of the professionalism and pride they take in their work. All I can say is THANK YOU, and if you’re not using them, you aren’t getting the BEST.

We have used Gallett Air for many years for our annual service and they have always been prompt, courteous, and thorough. When it came time to replace our 18 year old system, we didn’t bother with another company. Their price was fair and the installation was perfect and we got exactly the system we wanted. The install crew was polite, neat and paid attention to every detail.

We had our 20 year old central air system replaced. From the consultation with Matt, to the install team of Anthony, Mike, Adam and Arvin, we were completely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Gallet Air, will definitely refer them to anybody looking for an HVAC team.

Gallett's service department is the best. In a "no heat" status, I called Gallett on a cold morning and their service technician (Tom) arrived in about 2 hours and fixed the problem in hardly any time at all. Tom was awesome and highly professional. My house is warm and comfy once more. I had called about Gallett 2.5 years before this and, again, their response time, competence, and professionalism were all just as good. Very, very pleased. Excellent in every way!!
