I was so impressed by the service received from this company. My 92 year old mom had no heat and the owner of the company, Carmine Galletta responded to our call and went absolutely above and beyond to service my mom's unit. Instead of just saying my Mom needed a new unit, he explored all options and was able to repair the unit at a reasonable charge. For a senior living on a fixed income this was good news! I fully recommend Gallett Air Inc!

By far the one of the most professional services on Long Island! I had used GalletAir to install my AC unit and they went above and beyond, installing the system professionally, ensuring a clean setup and proper duct usage to keep my attic clean.
What set's them apart is their customer service. I used someone else for my boiler replacement less then 10 years ago but it has never worked right, nor had adequate service. GalletAir came to check for a replacement as I was told that the size of my boiler would not adequately heat my home. They could have just priced and replaced my boiler. Instead, they took the time to properly inspect the boiler, realize it needed a proper maintenance, and did not upsell me on quite a costly change. On top of it all, they didn't charge me a thing.
This is what proper service is about. I highly recommend using GalletAir for any heating and air needs. They've earned a customer for life.

I called them about a heating issue, and within one hour Joe arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The responsiveness and quality of service were excellent.

The night before we were about to host Christmas Eve our heat went out and the pilot light would not stay lit. Youtube could not solve this problem. I remember seeing Gallett Air on Greater Long Island and decided to give them a try. Mike came out that night and fixed it within a half hour. Mike is the man! He explained what he replaced and how the new part will help the furnace work more efficiently. 10/10 recommend this company.
