I’ve had a service contract with GallettAir for many years. My husband and I met with a salesman recently to purchase a new a/c system to be installed by them. As luck would have it, our current a/c broke down today. I called the office and spoke with Joanne. She was able to move up our installation date to 8/14 and had a service technician come to my house today. Any time I’ve called the office and spoke with Joanne and Danielle, the have been extremely helpful and understanding. The service technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

My experience with GallettAir was great. I had a carbon monoxide leak in my home. The fire inspector came and turned off the gas and AC. After speaking with Kelly at GallettAir, she worked hard to get someone out the same day so that my kids wouldn't suffer in the heat. Mr. Galletta came to my home and found the problem in seconds. He restored the AC, and the very next day my hot water tank was replaced. Anthony and Mike worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. I appreciate all of them for moving fast to help restore my services. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and explained things to my understanding. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Wow. Where do I even begin. Carmine is the absolute best most honest person. His entire company and team is amazing. He didn’t even charge me for an urgent issue and came out the exact day and was being super responsive trying to help from the bottom of his heart. Great service from GallettAir when one of our CAC blowers went down. Mike was courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly address the problem, checked other parts of the system and was able to answer questions about future needs and options. This our second time using GallettAir and it was once again an excellent experience.

We had a fantastic experience with GALLETT AIR INC!From the moment we called, their customer service was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. The technician arrived quickly, and on time. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly experienced. The repair was completed efficiently, and our home was cool within a hour. It was a extremely hot day. High quality service, and a company that combines technical skill with genuine customer service.
