My experience with GallettAir was great. I had a carbon monoxide leak in my home. The fire inspector came and turned off the gas and AC. After speaking with Kelly at GallettAir, she worked hard to get someone out the same day so that my kids wouldn't suffer in the heat. Mr. Galletta came to my home and found the problem in seconds. He restored the AC, and the very next day my hot water tank was replaced. Anthony and Mike worked fast and efficiently to get the job done. I appreciate all of them for moving fast to help restore my services. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and explained things to my understanding. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

My AC stopped working on Friday afternoon. I had a service contract with another company who showed up on Saturday. Their assessment was that the compressor was dead and that I needed an entire new system. Furthermore, they would have the salesman call me on Monday to go over the replacement. I then called Gallett who I have always heard great things about. They got back to me over the weekend and assured me they would fit me in their schedule on Monday. As promised, the owner himself showed up and after spending an hour or so "cleaning up" the wiring and replacing a few minor connections, the system was up and running. I would without reservation recommend Gallett for you HVAC needs. I will in fact replace the system in the coming year as it is 23 years old, and of course Gallett will be doing the work. I cannot thank Carmine and Brian enough for the amazing service.

I have been with Gallett for 5 years. The customer service is wonderful and the technicians are fantastic!
My AC stops working in one of the hottest day of the year. I call Gallett 8:10 am, Matt comes in about 12noon. He was a pleasure to talk to about my unit. He fixed it. Thank you for hiring these amazing professionals!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the HVAC service I received from GallettAir! From the moment I called for help Mike R was responsive and professional. He arrived at my home quickly and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue with our AC. This heat wave was unbearable but their fast service and expert knowledge had us cooled down in no time. I've enjoyed Gallett air conditioning service for a number of years now. Carmine and his customer service staff are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable of their equipment. A recent issue with my condenser was handled very quickly, and I'm back up and running for the heat of the season. They get a glowing recommendation from me!
