I contacted this company to address a shower drain repair. There was some confusion on both sides in terms of the appintment time, however when I called to check on the arrival time they responded very quickly and due to the scheduling hiccup they did not charge me for the repair. The service technician was friendly professional, clean, and got the job done quickly. He also offered some advice on another problem I was having with radiant floors which I now plan to use them for the repairs. I highly recommend this business.

I needed a new shower body installed ,I called Got Pipe to give me and estimate Lou came out the very next day and gave me an estimate and assured me he could install my new shower body with no problem. Got Pipe came and did and excellent job. Top notch service ,clean, courteous and professional.

I posted a longer review on Yelp, but genuinely the best plumbing and heating service. They respond quickly, and will tell you if something genuinely needs repair or doesn't. I cannot recommend Got Pipes enough.

I had no hot water, I called and Eric came to my house, promptly replaced my Navien heat exchanger and was very neat and courteous. I am very happy with the work.

they were very responsive, prompt and reliable. Work is very good. Always clean up after finishing the job. Very knowledgeable. Every job was done completely. No reason to call back for anything missing.
