I understand that sometimes a customer tries to communicate with your business, has questions about services or items….and you simply forget to respond. However I tried speaking with someone about a Premiere Challenge for Pokemon that they had at their store. I was ignored. I received the notification that they actually read my message including the 2-3 messages I sent after that. Due to how they simply ignored me and my questions about their event, I just didn’t attend (not that they cared, clearly). Communication at this establishment sucks and if you can’t even respond to potential customers online, you need to take down your pages.

Staff and customers are very friendly. The owner was helping me out with a price, price matching from other sites and giving me a better offer.
