Went there for the 1st time. Waited a while,place smelled like the sewer. Finally went back after letting them know the pain I was in. The Dr came on for 5 seconds, then the woman approached me with a $750 treatment plan for one extraction. Told me the Dr will not do it unless I pay. I had a swollen face in severe pain. I told them I didn't have the money but they kept pushing, the Dr said if I leave a review he will take money off. The place was dirty, smelled, and nothing like any other dental office. The Dr himself, whom is supposedly thd owner barely spoke with me yet wanted all this money for one tooth. I had to leave since I had no money. They are extremely unprofessional, dirty and far from a caring dental office!! Do not go unless you want to be ripped off and embarrassed!!

The dentists and hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing or pressuring you. They’re gentle, patient, and truly focused on doing what’s best for you, not just getting you in and out. I’ve always felt heard and confident in the care I’ve received.

I’ve been going to Grace Dental Smiles in West Babylon for a little while now, and my experience has been consistently great. So far, I’ve had three regular cleanings, a whitening treatment, and I’m currently getting a crown fixed — and every visit has been smooth and professional.
From the front desk staff to the hygienists to the amazing Dr. Le. Everyone is attentive, friendly, and professional. They always make sure I’m comfortable and understand what’s going on, and the quality of their work has been solid across the board.
I really appreciate the team here and the level of care they provide. Definitely recommend Grace Dental Smiles if you’re looking for a reliable and welcoming dental office in the area.

Did absolutely nothing for me. I explained to them on Saturday I needed my tooth pulled they had me come in Monday. Wait In the waiting room for about an hour, just to tell me that the oral surgeon won’t be here for another two weeks. Pretty much had me come in just so they could run my insurance. Then try to tell me that after they pulled my tooth that there’s a compound they use to strengthen the bone but insurance does not cover it and would be $500 out-of-pocket. Didn’t smell the best in there, ceiling tiles were missing, looks very old and rundown.

This is a great place. I walked in and was welcomed by the front desk, soon after that, the dental hygienist called me in, on time. The hygienist is friendly and professional. The cleaning she did for me was thorough and painless, I have never had such a great dental cleaning in my life. I met with Dr. Alex for an exam right after he recommended a few treatment options that are tailored to my needs and now I'm looking forward to replacing my missing tooth. Thanks Dr.Alex.
