This is one of the best Auto Shops I've ever been to. I had an issue with my car (2015 VW Passat SE 1.8t); it wouldn't start. I called Geico because I thought it was a battery. When the Geico technician arrived, he told me it wasn't a battery but an alternator. The car still wouldn't start, so I had to find a car repair shop that could fix it the same day, since I depend on it (I work in the city). This shop was the only one that would take me with the condition that I needed it fixed the same day. The mechanics here did everything they could; they spent 4 hours looking for the problem, considering all the options of what could have gone wrong, and, at the end of the day, they fixed my car. It wasn't an alternator; it was oil residue near the starter that damaged it, so they had to replace the starter and fix the oil leak. The cherry on top after all of this is that they made sure to put it under my warranty, so that I didn't even have to pay anything; it was all covered. 5 Stars for sure!

I brought my 2013 VW GLI to Green Station Auto Services for a timing belt job. They quoted me $2,700, told me the car was fixed, and asked me to pick it up. The moment I got to my car, the check engine light was still on, and suddenly my starter stopped working.
I went back inside and spoke with the owner’s son, who handled the whole transaction. He scanned it and admitted the job wasn’t done correctly, but wouldn’t refund me — even though I had just paid in full. I left the car with them again, and later they told me that oil wasn’t getting into the engine properly, which somehow caused my piston rings to blow. Their solution was to now charge me $10,000 for a rebuild.
After speaking with the owner, we agreed on $2,500 to repair the damage. Then my car sat in their lot for four weeks with zero work done. When I checked on it myself, the windows and doors were left open, there were feathers inside, and this was after a rainy week — extremely careless and unprofessional. When I asked what was going on, they acted like they had no idea the car was even there.
In the end, they never fixed anything, and instead offered me $1,200 to buy the car, even though it has thousands of dollars in upgrades. That felt incredibly shady.
Overall, my experience was stressful, expensive, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Super honest mechanic. I haven't had to go back for the same problem, which is awesome. They always answer the phone. They really dig into problems to get to the bottom of them.

Everyone that works here is really nice and courteous, I Always bring my family vehicles here and get fast dependable service.
Recently I Brought my family business work vehicle in with a lot of noise. Owner diagnosed I had no oil in the whole engine and would have seized any moment . They fixed my rear main seal and also found another thing that if left unchecked would have been dangerous for future driving and fixed that! They worked with me on the price and received a really good price. Car is driving brand new again.
