This was my Chihuahuas Ella and Molly's first time getting groomed here. I had seen photos of their work on Instagram and decided to try them. Alex groomed both girls and they looked amazing, on the plus side.they were so relaxed when I came to pick them up. Usually they can't wait to get out the door. We will definitely be back! Very happy with this place. The staff is very kind and caring. They are very knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with my girl Sky. She smells and looks great. Her fur is so fluffy, shiny and soft now. On top of that she was very happy when I picked her up. Which is most important. We will definitely be making more appointments in the future. Thank you guys 💕

Rupert had his very first grooming at Alex and Sarah's Shop, and I honestly can’t stop smiling when I look at him. They did such a beautiful job and treated him with so much care. What impressed me the most was their skill in hand stripping something that takes real knowledge and patience. Rupert looks like the best version of himself now, scruffy in all the right ways but perfectly neat.
The whole experience felt calm and positive, and Rupert came home happy, not stressed. I’m so grateful to have been recomended to groomers who clearly love what they do and know how to bring out the best in each dog. We’ll definitely be back, thank you for making Rupert’s first grooming such a great one!

Had a great experience here! Previous groomer said he was too difficult but he had no issues here. I told them about all his little quirks and they made him feel welcome and safe. He didn't even ignore me or side eye me after his session which is rare for a Yorkie! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Long Island.

My dog was long overdue for a hand-stripping. They were able to fit her in the same week! She came out looking spiffy, smelling clean, and still very happy despite the lengthy process. Sarah took the time to ensure she had breaks in between all the pulling that was required. We will definitely be returning for future grooming!
