The staff needs training when it comes to customer service- didn't acknowledge customers walking through the door. Also needs training on wrapping a burrito. They seem to just fold it over and wrap it in foil. Good food, no management seemed to be present.

With a staff of four working it took a bit longer than I would've liked for someone to come take my order. My family & I stood there for almost 10 minutes before being helped.
Aside from that the food was really good, fresh, cooked properly & seasoned well. Alao the portions I felt were adequate for the price paid.
I had the jerked chicken bowl with a side of chips & guac. Very good.

I use to love this place, but my visit 3 days ago has left me feeling sick. I got a burrito and wasn't okay with how it was handled. It was ripped on the side and placed on multiple counter top surfaces (with no foil). Wanted to say something, but it was the owner who was doing this. The burrito was filled and then taken to a back counter top, off the food line, to be rolled. I thought that was weird and not good food handling. The food was then bagged and set by the register while I patiently waited for some one to ring me up. This took a while. A tall young man made eye contact several times and walked around touching ticket and talking to the other men, till finally someone told him to cash us out. He did so with no words, just a look of disdain. This made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
I got home and realized it had not even been properly rolled, just kind of folded. I rerolled it, ate it, and proceeded to get ill in the next couple of hours. That night was rought. I was dizzy and stumbling everyime I got out of bed. It's now been three days of nausea, achy gut, and fatigue with head ache.
I want to tell management but it was already so difficult just getting a burrito. I wish the quality was more sanitary and the customer service should be better than sub par. Should I report this to the health department?
