Frank Minerva came by and it was a good experience. Measurements of the house were taken faster than expected. He explained their method of doing business and there was no rush or feeling of being rushed. I'm my opinion, it takes someone with experience to do business in that manner. I recommend at least getting a cash estimation with handsome homebuyer

My wife and I recently sold our home with the Handsome Homebuyer.
The process was quick and easy. George came out to discuss some terms, took some photos of our home and we had a very acceptable quote the following day.
We were in a bit of debt at the time and they ever offered to give us an advance on the sale of our home so we could get our debt settled and be ready to move without any issues.
All in all a very good experience and would recommend to anyone trying to sell their home without all the nonsense that typically come with it.

Very courteous, two gentleman they looked at each room and outside areas.asked and answered many questions’ told me of additional services they could provide.I was not disappointed with the meeting but was not happy with the offer I felt is was low , but that strictly is my opinion. They have their own criteria. Everyone is in it to make as much profit as they can. Not much negotiation . Simple It Was not an unpleasant experience just disappointed with the offer, not the actual inspection experience. Definitely worth a look.

Justin was very professional and straight forward. He arrived on time and was very personable. Unfortunately the offer wasn’t the right fit for me at this time, but I would definitely work with him in the future if my situation changes.

Although the gentleman who came to my house was very nice, the offer was outrageous. Offering 200k less then what my house is worth. 2 days later came back with 150+ under. What a joke! This is why I changed my rating from a 5 to a 1! This is for anyone who is desperate to sell, or unfortunately has no choice.
