I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with this establishment from a customer service standpoint. Flowers were set to be delivered today 03/03 and I received an email at 2:05 saying the flowers were hand delivered to the recipient. Coincidentally, I was already on the phone with the recipient and at around 2:15 I tell her to go outside because there is a surprise waiting for her. She doesn’t see anything. I’m thinking the flowers were either delivered to another address or just not delivered at all. Regardless this made me look really really bad as now the recipient is not only confused but now asking a lot of question about what is supposed to be waiting for her. I called the store a total of 3 times and I received no response. I then spoke to the recipient again and told her how I was planning on surprising her with flowers but unfortunately something happened with the delivery. It is now getting closer to 2:45pm and a lady finally stops by to drop off the flowers. The recipient let the lady know about the message I have left them and how the email came in way too early. The lady said she sent that while she was on her way to deliver them because she’s planning on going home right after. This was very inconsiderate. Would give this experience a 1 star but the flowers were nice and it’ll be unfair if I rate this solely on service. If there was a way I could take my tip back, I would.

Wonderful customer service and Beautiful flowers! Worth the money paid except flowers are dying the next day but I guess they can’t really control that part. Wish the card was printed as Website stated because I could have written it better myself and I don’t even have the best writing but I did order last minute so maybe they were in a rush idk. Overall pretty flowers just won’t order a more expensive bunch if they will die so fast. I shall try this place again!!!
