    I had seen Dr. Hoerning for over 10 years. I only had to stop this year because I switched insurance. He really always took the time to listen to my concerns. He never brushed any of my concerns off and he always investigated as needed. He has the best bedside manner and takes his time. It’s a shame people give low stars under his name because of the office situation. Someone else mentioned inappropriate questions but I disagree- he asks many questions, some personal yes but I think it’s because he really looks at people health holistically not just with tunnel vision in one area. I never had an issue with his questions. Office issues aside, he is a caring doctor and always has been. Hope to be back one day.

    My 91 yr old mom was late to her appointment and they would not take her as a walk-in even though they have a sign outside that says “walk-in welcome” And there was only one patient in the waiting room at the time. The receptionist told us to come back the next day at 3:45pm. The next day mom was ready to leave to go to her appointment but we called first to ask about the co-pay and then they told us that her appointment was two days later. I spoke with the manager about how much pain my mom was having and that she was already in the car ready to go but she said her appointment was not that day and they would not accommodate her. They all about their 15 minutes late policy and it doesn’t matter that a 91 yr old patient feeling a lot of pain. Also, the waiting room is dark, crowded with furniture and it doesn’t look clean. The receptionists need to be train in customer service, your staff reflects a lot on the whole office. They take more than 15 minutes to answer their phone calls and when they answered they leave you on hold without greeting you, this is awful. The day we were late we were lost and when we called to asked for directions it took 20 minutes for them to answer my call.

    I have been a patient for 12 years and office staff has been getting worse and worse every single year! I do like dr Hoerning but the whole experience is becoming ridiculous. Staff doesn’t turn on the phone when the office opens so u can’t get through and even when u eventually get through the office staff just tries to get rid off of u and doesn’t treat anything with any kind of urgency whatsoever!!! Absolutely lazy!!!!

    Having been ignored by Blueprint MD, I ended up as a new patient of Dr. Hoerning. I called his office and his staff immediately booked an appointment. They handled my medications, and a c-scan with accuracy and professionalism. Dr. Hoerning is excellent. He listened to my concerns and gave me great health information. I consider this to be a very lucky situation that I ended up with this medical group.

    Dr Hoerning is wonderful. He truly cares about his patients. Before your first appointment he has your files sent from your previous doctor so he can have an clear and informed picture of your health. He has a wonderful bedside manner.- the front desk is just ok they could be a bit more customer focused/organized but they are still polite and I appreciate them I found my forever doctor :D
