Dr. Freedman & his staff are the best around! My family and I have been going to him since 2006 & we always have a positive experience. Everyone is friendly while working efficiently & Dr. Freedman takes the time to make you feel comfortable. He is thorough with the dental care & explains the work being done. I highly recommend Ideal Dental!

Avoid this office at all costs. I went in for a cleaning and Dr. Freedman rushed through it in less than 10 minutes. That’s not a real cleaning, it’s a joke. He was clearly in a rush, did the bare minimum, and acted like my appointment was an inconvenience. Then after he finished, he didn’t tell me a single thing about my teeth, no cavities check, no gum health info, no feedback at all, he just walked out. This office feels like a scam designed to collect insurance payouts, not provide real care. Don’t waste your time here. I don’t know how this place is even open. Absolutely insult to real healthcare professionals.

Dr Freedman responded within five minutes of my phone call for an emergency. Took me in right away. Hardly any wait in the office. Staff was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Freedman examined me and gave me a referral immediately for an oral surgeon and a prescription for penicillin. All this on New Year’s Eve! Thank you Dr. Freedman. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with Ideal Dental. The staff is very warm and friendly. I tell all my friends about Ideal dental. I've been going to Ideal over10 years and never had a bad time. I would recommend and patient to idea

Had my appointment booked for 10AM today then I rescheduled yesterday when they called to confirm to 2pm. Came at 2:03pm said they don’t have my name and i had it booked for 10am today. Not sure if i spoke to a ghost where i rescheduled my appointment . -10/10 Customer service.The receptionist just said how there’s only the two of them at the front and if i had rescheduled yesterday it must have not been them cause they don’t remember . Your memory issues are not my problem because I moved my schedule for this and i stood there while they acted as if i got the information out of thin air and decided to answer other patients phone calls instead of figuring out the problem that’s in front of them. Like are you serious? I had the call log at 10:41am yesterday and the front desk lady said “well the conversation isn’t there so i can’t do anything with the call log.” Fix your staff and your disorganized office. I would been fine if they atleast had some decent manners. I have school about an 1 hour away and drove back just for my appointment. Disgusting behavior and service, such a waste of my time
