Joe and his crew are neat, clean, and reliable. They installed a mini-split unit at my house almost 5 years ago. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with the unit that caused it to operate improperly. Joe and his technician Kevin were very quick to address any issues I was having. Ultimately, they swapped out the head for a whole new unit at NO COST TO ME! Thankfully the unit was still under warranty, and Joe honored it without question! Very rare to see such honest, neat work these days. They are not the cheapest or most expensive out there, but without question the best.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Joe’s Custom Installations on my air conditioning system. From the start, the office made things easy. When I called or left a message, I got a quick response with the details I needed, no waiting around, no runaround, just straight answers. That kind of communication goes a long way. When the service tech showed up, he was on time, respectful, and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing in plain English, didn’t mind my questions, and got the job done right without cutting corners. You could tell he took pride in his work. Very sneaky in their business practices. They showed for a service call at my ex's house and initially told her she needed a blower motor for $400 in parts plus labor. Then it suddenly became a $900 blower plus labor. Because it was the one with brackets and it's so rare. Funny part is retail the motor goes for $150. So their trade price was - what, maybe $100? So a 900% markup BEFORE getting to the labor portion? People, know who you are dealing with. Opportunists always take advantage when they think no one is watching. Joe's Custom? Yeah. They're opportunists.

Everything went well in my AC install. I replaced an old unit with a new one AND moved it to the other side of my house. Joe’s team in the office and during the work made this a seamless process. On my first interaction with Joe he laid everything out for me and later answered all my questions and made any corrections I asked for with the paperwork. When the team arrived they were polite friendly and kept me informed throughout the day. They did not make a bit of mess during the day and straightened up before they left. I can’t talk about this company enough. Thank you!!!!!
