I filed a Chapter 7 and Mr Weber guided me through the bankruptcy process in such a smooth and professional manner. He made a very difficult situation so easy for me. Never explained to me that I would lose a 150,000$ buyout claiming bankruptcy I asked him 20xs what could happen to my buyout he wouldn’t explain maybe because my x could buyout the buyout for less than he has to pay and has a best friend who is a suffolk county judge and John Weber did some corrupt favor!!How do you not explain that you would lose a buyout especially when your client asked you 20xs! Welcome to the corrupt Suffolk county court system!! When your own lawyer works under the table for your x husband because his best friend is a judge!!

Went to Mr. Weber for assistance with a foreclosure on my home. His only solution was bankruptcy.After several unsuccessful attempts to save my home Mr. Weber suggested I just give up, save my money and move. I hired new attorneys who specialize in foreclosure and finally had my loan modified and saved my home.
