Second year in a row we go on time to do our taxes and they do not submit it in time until we call and ask what happened, last year i got a late filing penalty and this year we had to call for our state taxes and he JUST submitted after we called so ofcourse expecting another penalty. Not to mention the crazy long wait times at the Office because they be skipping and cherry picking who is to be seen next preferring same culture customers. Me and my husband will never do our taxes here again.

very rude and nasty. Doesn’t know the meaning of respect. Would not recommend anyone going here and would give zero stars if possible.
