Fabulous company! So happy with how things went. I initially put out a feeler on social media for a company who could fix my AC. The first few companies said it wasn’t fixable and only replaceable and we had estimates they literally made me want to vomit. K2 responded that they would give it a look to see if it was fixable. They spent more time looking for the problem than the other companies did by FAR. They found the source of the problem, fixed it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the work they did. They were courteous and NEAT. The only thing missing for me was a payment arrangement - as everyone knows, these kinds of things are spontaneous, unexpected and even the best prices can be more than a person is comfortable parting with at one time. Would have been perfect perfect experience with a little grace and time to move some funds. Otherwise, couldn’t have gone better, and we are very appreciative for what they were able to do for us. Honest, quick, hardworking, reasonably priced— ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ ✔️

They are the best!! The women in the office Sadia was so helpful and informative she helped me deal with the manufacturers and all the issues we faced. Woseem our repair man I can’t say enough
great things about he was so knowledgeable and respectful. I’m so thankful for them as they fixed all my ac issues, I recommend them above anyone else. They do have a maintenance program I will be signing up for it’s much better service and competitively cheaper than “HomeServe” which I previously used with much REGRET. Definitely call K2!

I was pretty impressed with the level of care this company gave me. I tried them for the first time, and while the technician was here doing a maintenance check, the owner took the time to explain everything over the phone—during her lunch break—to help me decide whether or not to do the service contract. She answered all of my questions and helped me come to a conclusion no matter how long it took. I will definitely use them again!

Abid’s team did a great job advising in selection of the unit and the installation was clean.
They followed up with maintenance schedule and no issues with the unit at all. Especially Waseembhai did great with the maintenance visit

Extremely Unreliable and Disrespectful of Customers Time
I’ve now tried twice to get an AC tune-up from this company, and both times have been a complete failure. I scheduled appointments that they confirmed would work, only to have someone call days early asking to come sooner. Most recently, we agreed on Friday between 3–5 PM. Then, someone called on Wednesday asking to come then. I wasn’t available, so I politely said to stick with the original Friday time.
They never showed up.
When I called to ask what happened, they acted surprised and said, “Oh, that’s weird. No one came?” Then they scheduled another appointment… and guess what? They did the exact same thing again. Didn’t come at the agreed time, and never followed up.
This is a terrible, careless way to run appointments. If you enjoy playing phone tag and being stood up by technicians, this is the place for you. Don’t make the same mistake, save your time, and call someone else; I know I will.
