First off if I could give Mr Bauer 10 stars I would have. This is my second home purchase and Mr Bauer was my attorney. He knows what he’s doing with a vast amount of experience. He stays on top of everything with communicating with me and the seller. He makes sure every document and items are accurate. If I should ever make another home purchase I would not hesitate to hire him again. My closing was done smoothly and all paperwork was scrutinized by him. He calls and email me to keep me posted of what’s going on.
I do hesitate to recommend him to anyone, he’s a professional of what he does.
