Richard, JoEllen, and Mary were the only beacons of light in the buying and selling process. They are incredibly responsive and are sincerely committed to helping you navigate the ins and outs of all of the curveballs that come your way. I used them for the sale of my coop, which I HIGHLY recommend given their expertise, and the purchase of a new home. Richard and his team have to be some of the most dedicated people I have ever met, and I am glad to have had them in my corner every step of the way.

We retained the services of Richard Handler for the purchase of our first home due to a referral from a friend who regularly used his services.
Mr Handler and Eileen did an amazing job of counseling and representing us,the sales contract review and amending really showed Mr Handlers knowledge of amendments used to protect us and our funds.Eileen was constantly in contact with the lender,title company and sellers lawyer.Anytime we called, we got a prompt response every time.The closing was on time without any setbacks.We are extremely satisfied with the law offices of Richard G.
