I have been coming here for the last 15 years and after this weekend it will 100% be my last time. The last few times I have come I have been disappointed but this was the last straw. I got a mani/padi and callus remover. $43 total - really $53 with tip. Prices have gone up which I understand but charging $10 for the callus remover is ridiculous considering they don't even spend that much time doing it. The person who did my nails/toes put the nail polish on so thick that it didn't even dry 12 hours later, it was still tacky and that was after I went back because some of my nails got messed up and got the "quick dry". The first pic shows her starting a mile away from my cuticle. Looks like I got them done a week ago! The 2nd and 3rd pics are after I went back and had them fix the nails that smudged. Wow what a terrible job. My 3 year old could have done better. There are so many other options on long island that I will not be giving my business to Leon's anymore.

I went here on 8/17 for my birthday to get a new acrylic set. They placed me with a tech and I immediately knew she was not used to working with long acrylic sets. Never the less, I let her continue as she insisted she had to file and shape still. Nails came out horrible and she gave attitude every time I pointed out something else that was wrong with the nails. I still tipped and was very kind. I ended up coming back the following Sunday 8/27 with my toddler to show them the nails were falling off and insisting I get this set taken off and the new set done again. They gave me every excuse in the book even “sometimes we use different products.” Finally they agreed. When I came back for the appt on 8/28 the woman who seems to be the manager/ boss refused and said she can do a fill in and file back the bad parts, but a new set she would have to charge (I already paid $65!!!) . So against my better judgment, I allowed this . 3 days later, once again, all of the nails are falling off. This is a picture of my nails 8 days after the fill in! Terrible! All of them have been re-glued down and hurt like hell from lifting and getting caught in my hair while washing it . Removing asap. Never going back. 100% getting my money back.

First time here today! I had the French UV Gel manicure and oriental spa pedicure. Excellent experience! Staff is friendly. Very please with my nail! Will be back again!
