I had a great experience at my urgent care visit. The entire staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. The PA I saw was Christine Hagerty, she was so kind and thorough. Her and her team made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such genuine care—highly recommend to anyone looking for quality medical attention!

I had a great experience at LI Urgent Care. The attention from the staff was excellent from the moment I walked in. The PA who saw my son was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly caring and attentive. I felt truly listened to and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent care services!

I didn’t have an appointment, I was a walk in, was taken into an exam room within 10 minutes. Everyone on staff from front desk, medical assistants, PA’s and doctors are amazing to work with when you are not feeling well. I have been to at least a half a dozen Urgent Cares in the last 15 years and none of them can hold a candle to LI Urgent Care in West Babylon. They are above all the rest, wish they could actually be considered as a Primary Care Provider but unfortunately they can’t. The place is always spotless as well. I feel seen and heard by the entire staff when I have to go there and they have never disappointed with the care I received and I love that they also do a follow up call to make sure all is going well after the visit. Don’t waste your time on any other Urgent Care, even if you have to wait to be seen, it’s worth the wait.

PA Matthew Gordon and his team are great at what they do. I came in twice to this office and everything is ran very well, the office is clean, and most of all the care is great. PA Gordon diagnosed and treated my condition successfully and im very happy to be a patient of his. I previously went to a dermatologist and he didn’t properly treat my condition. So then I called and walked into LI Urgent care the same day and Matthew asked me some questions, and with him properly diagnosing me, he gave me a treatment plan and I’m already making fast progress to recovery. Thank you again to PA Gordon and his team over at LI Urgent Care!

The facility was very clean, and the doctor, nurses, and assistants were all extremely courteous. They thoroughly checked everything, conducted various tests, and provided treatment on-site. I’m very satisfied with the entire visit.
