LI Urgent Care will always be my go to. Scheduling is easy online and saves you time when in the office. The doctor was so attentive and thorough in asking me questions and talking about my symptoms and walking me through what would happen next. Really made me feel at ease while I was dealing with some very concerning symptoms. They even scheduled my imaging tests for me and the doctor called me within an hour of having the imaging done to discuss my results. So thorough and attentive.

I loved the convenience of choosing a time slot to be seen. All insurance information can be uploaded as well. I was taken in promptly and a medical history was taken by a PA along with vitals. My doctor came in next without a prolonged wait. Overall, a great experience. Facility clean and staff super nice and professional

Staff and nurses are great! On the phone etiquette not so much ! Been trying to call about a medication and I keep getting put on hold without being asked and then they hang up and then I call again and they do the same thing. Finally get through to somebody. I go to ask about the medication of how long it will take if it’s gonna be ready by tonight and she hangs up. Not good service at all I been coming here for years!

I had a great experience at my urgent care visit. The entire staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. The PA I saw was Christine Hagerty, she was so kind and thorough. Her and her team made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such genuine care—highly recommend to anyone looking for quality medical attention!

Came in with a tonsil infection and was told it was “probably allergies”. They took blood, and I am someone who gets light headed during blood test so when the nurse finished she said I can wait in the room for a minute and she’ll be back. 20 minutes went by and no one came to check on me. I finally peaked my head out of the room to check EVERYONE in the office forgot that I was in the room. I simply just walked out. Not only are they rude but workers actually don’t do their job. Will never go back.
