Used Jimmy twice after I was referred to him by my previous CPA who had to downsize. Thought all went well until I got a letter in the mail about my 2023 return. My 414h contributions were not added to my income by Jimmy. Accidents happen, we are all human. When I reached out to Jimmy he verified that he made an error (see attachments). I asked if the “insurance” he charged me for would at least cover the interest I am being charged ($350) or at minimum he would credit me for this year’s filing fee. No responses to multiple emails. I would not recommend this CPA. Again, I know accidents happen, but when they do, they should be rectified honestly. Especially when you were charged for insurance to cover these errors. I will not be using Jimmy again.

Jimmy was helping me with my business tax problems. After I gave him his retainer and paid him for a service we had a follow up tasks he suggested to help me with the IRS. He has since not called, texted or emailed me back. I am now stuck with a $15K bill be said he could help navigate

Uncommunicative, unresponsive and is refusing to provide me with my 2024 return so my new accountant can review my past returns and prepare my 2025 return. Please do not use this person. He will cost you time and money, doo a poor job and never get back to you.

We were transferred to Jimmy from a previous accountant without real notice or request. Working with Jimmy started with incredible difficulty and has only gotten worse. He has been unreachable despite multiple efforts for MONTHS. He will not respond to calls, text, emails or messages in his portal. He didn't file documents he stated were filed leading to issues with the IRS and state, which has led to penalties and money owed. Do not recommend working with him.

Our previous accountant pawned us off to Jimmy (we were too small) and after taking our money he has disappeared. We now have the IRS Threatening us over money already paid and returns he was supposed to file. And Jimmy won't return our calls or email. Buyer BEWARE.
