I had them in the summer as my landlord suggested them. The tech came, did diagnose and stated the unit needed new parts. However, after that date they never came back, I called them so many time and they promised to give me a call back, but they never. So last week, I gave up on the Lush Air customer service, I hired another company has a good reputation in the town to check up on the unit again. I was SUPER SURPRISED that there are missing parts (I didn’t know that the tech from Lush Air took parts with him) . Couples days ago, I called the Lush Air again, they still promised to call me back, but no phone calls. I reported. Don't waste your time and money with them.

Special thank you to luscher air in West Babylon for coming out in a heat waive cleaning my air conditioning units and a giving them a recharge making them run more efficiently and ultimately making my house cooler superb service when the owner come out to do the work bar none the best service out there.
