We use Joe for AC maintenance and repairs and he has always been professional and detailed. Yesterday (new years day) we had no heat and he diagnosed the problem and was so patient and helpful with us. He came promptly the next morning with the part and got our heat going. Not only did he get our heat going but he called us later in the afternoon to make sure everything was warming up. Very professional and honest!

I can’t say enough wonderful words to express what a fantastic job Joe did for me. Cleaned up a mess that another HVAC co. made of my heating unit. After 1 week of frustration Joe resolved in 3 hours and heat is working great! Did not rob me blind either which is a blessing. I have recommended his company to condo complex on our FB page.

I recently had a PTAC unit replaced by Joe, and I must say his responsiveness and fairness were truly impressive. Joe worked flexibly to reach a fair and agreeable solution. His willingness to make things right showed genuine professionalism and customer care. The final installation went smoothly, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

My husband made quite the error yesterday when trying to fix our central AC. Joe and his crew were AMAZING!!! We called quite a few companies and waited on hold with calling centers for most. Not only did Joe personally answer, he was the only one available in reasonable time. He was upfront and honest with us about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He came and spent hours getting us back up and running pre heat wave….thank god! We look forward to using him in the future and I can’t recommend him enough. His company was all over the moms groups and rightfully so. I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family. Top notch guy and company!!

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and LVV HVAC! My central AC suddenly stopped working, and after calling five different companies with no luck for same-day service, Joe was the only one who answered, and even showed up with a thunderstorm rolling in.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He came back first thing the next morning and had everything fixed in under an hour. I’ll definitely be using LVV HVAC again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable service!
