LVV is a FANTASTIC contractor. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, organized, prepared, and just a very good guy in general. He was upfront about his pricing (which is cheaper than the other HVAC companies in the area), and came himself to help me on a Saturday. He went above and beyond to help me with my main issue, and is taking time out of his own day to reach out to a manufacturer for me on another. It’s a breath of fresh air dealing with a company that is honest, passionate about what they do, and genuinely cares about the customer and their home. Finally found my go to HVAC contractor. Joe is great -- prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a leaky furnace and he spent a lot of time trouble shooting it, trying different things to find the easiest and most cost-effective solution.

Joe at LVV HVAC is great. I called him for an emergency where my home had no heat, and he was able to come by that same day and figure out what the problem was. Joe ordered the part I needed, and promptly changed out the gas valve for me after he picked it up from the store. Now we have heat again, and just in time because its colddd. This wasn't the first time I have used him, and it won't be the last. He has always come through. - Chris
