We use Joe for AC maintenance and repairs and he has always been professional and detailed. Yesterday (new years day) we had no heat and he diagnosed the problem and was so patient and helpful with us. He came promptly the next morning with the part and got our heat going. Not only did he get our heat going but he called us later in the afternoon to make sure everything was warming up. Very professional and honest!

I had an excellent experience with this company. Joe came to fix my heated floors was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time testing different possibilities until he finally found the issue with the flooring. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was throughout the whole process.
I now feel comfortable and confident that everything was properly diagnosed and repaired. I’m very grateful for the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Joe is very professional. I first contacted him for the replacement of existing HVAC systems through a sales referral from Islandaire. Even though I called him several times to ask questions, he was very patient and thorough in explaining everything, which allowed me to make an informed decision about the products. Before starting the job, he briefly discussed the process and the estimated time frame. Once the work was completed, there was no dust left on the floor!! The empty boxes were neatly gathered, and he provided a clear explanation of how to use the product. His responses to calls and texts were prompt, and I truly appreciate the excellent work he did. I can’t say enough wonderful words to express what a fantastic job Joe did for me. Cleaned up a mess that another HVAC co. made of my heating unit. After 1 week of frustration Joe resolved in 3 hours and heat is working great! Did not rob me blind either which is a blessing. I have recommended his company to condo complex on our FB page.
