We recently used McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home for the funeral services of a close family member. From the moment we contacted them, we knew it was the right decision. Michael, the funeral director, was very knowledgeable and thought of everything before we even thought to ask. Billy, the owner, was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind; anything we asked for or needed was no problem. Karen in the office was SO helpful when navigating paperwork, which was appreciated because our heads weren't in that space then. Hands down, we recommend McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home; they are a class act from start to finish. We are so grateful, thank you!

It is in those first few days after you lose a loved one - when your heart is hurting and your head is spinning - that you need the support of an experienced and empathetic funeral director to guide you through one of the most difficult journeys you will travel.
My mother, Michele Barone, unexpectedly died on Sept. 26, 2016. Bill Trudden and his team at McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home helped our family navigate unimaginable circumstances and honor my mother with the most compassionate and dignified services. They handled every detail with incredible care and respect, making a difficult process feel as smooth as possible. The staff truly listened and understood our circumstances and emotional needs during such a sensitive time.
When my father, Deacon Frank Barone, died on Oct. 13, 2024, our first call was to Bill Trudden. As his team did eight years earlier when my mother passed, the staff at McCourt & Trudden allowed us to celebrate my father and give him the “send-off” he would have loved. They meticulously handled every aspect of the arrangements, all while reflecting my dad's life and unique personality.
Over the eight years between the loss of my parents, McCourt & Trudden provided services for my grandmother (2019), father-in-law (2020), and aunt (2022) - each time providing unwavering service and a beautiful tribute.
There is nothing more difficult than saying goodbye to someone you love. McCourt & Trudden allowed our family to focus on comforting one another and celebrating the lives of our loved ones while the empathetic and professional staff seamlessly handled all logistics making some of the most difficult days of our lives a little easier.
