DO NOT HESITATE TO COME TO NEW GEN AUTO!!
After having moved to NY a few years ago, the time had finally come for me to purchase a car again. After searching multiple websites, I stumbled upon a vehicle I wanted to view. I submitted the inquiry and John from New Gen Auto had reached out. I genuinely appreciated that he was honest on the phone about what he thought of the vehicle. It was that honesty and transparency that had me canceling my other appointments with other dealerships and choosing to travel over an hour to go see John at new gen auto (keep in mind, the other dealerships are much closer, so Johns honesty and transparency made all the difference).
Every car I had purchased in the past had been from dealers that my family has personally known and build relationships with. Now I am away from my home state, and I do not have any of those connections here. However, John had treated us as if he's known us for years; No gimmicks, sales tricks nor cheesy salesman speeches. We asked for pre-purchase inspections and he was more than happy to assist us in getting the car down to the mechanic of our choosing, for an inspection and bringing it back.
We ended up purchasing the car and we are MORE than pleased. Its the perfect vehicle for this stage of my life/career. I genuinely thank John so much for being so helpful throughout the process.
I am very big about building relationships in business and New Gen Auto is a place I will return to when it comes to purchasing vehicles. I am also really big about supporting local businesses and this is definitely a business that deserves your support.

John, Pete and Richard are not there to rip you off but to get you a vehicle. This is a NO PRESSURE, NO HIDDEN FEES business. I'd been searching for a Ford F150 King Ranch and they sold me one under fair market value. If they have what you are looking for, you will have a pleasant experience.

I have been to several dealerships and private lots with all the false promises, but new Gen Auto was a whole different ballgame! They were transparent, and went out of their ways to make sure that I was able to get into a vehicle, Especially Pete and John. The best of all they give you a 2 year warranty that they take care of until warranty is up. I got my 2014 Chevy Cruz and it’s been love at first DRIVE 🙃🥲❤️I highly recommend this place!!!

Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. I waited to submit my review because I just wanted to see how things would go with the vehicle going forward. It's Jan 15, 2024 its almost 6 months since I had the vehicle and ALL is going very WELL. I'm happy with my Ford Escape. So if your looking for a vehicle . I recommend you stop by New Gen Auto Group in West Babylon and speak to John. He will take care you.
