We first came across NextHome because they had a house listed that we were interested in. Right away they scheduled a meeting for us to come into their office and they gave us a presentation on the house buying process, which was amazing because we were first-time home buyers. The fact that they were willing to educate us and give us important knowledge even before we had agreed to work with them, won us over right away. Vincent, Beronica and Anthony were all great! They were patient, kind, informative and helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured. We are very grateful for them and we thank them for having provided us with a great first experience.

Anthony has helped me on both the buy and sell side. Taking what normally is a very stressful situation (buy and selling simultaneously) into a situation where our minds were at ease! He is always very honest and transparent with us, especially deciding what to list our house for and what house to make an offer on. We not only got over asking for our sale, but we also purchased our house under asking. Highly recommended, use Anthony as I know I would in the future.
