I come here with my girlfriend weekly and everything is always consistent. The owner is always there working and willing to have a conversation with you; he is very knowledgeable in regards to organic food choices and ingredients. The environment provides a very relaxed atmosphere with calm music. It is easy to see why so many people come in grab food because you can taste the quality of it while you’re eating. We normally come here after our workouts because there are many healthy rice bowl options with additional protein. The flavor is great and you can tell that they don’t cook with much sodium here which is also good for people who need to be mindful of their blood pressure.

This place is amazing! My husband is gluten free, and I saw O.G. Ramen recommended on a gluten free Long Island Facebook group; so we decided to check it out. It’s very hard to find gluten free ramen!
First off, the vibes are immaculate. A cool atmosphere and there was chill downtempo type music playing.
The guy behind the counter (I believe he is the owner, but I did not get his name) was SO incredibly helpful and friendly. Great energy about him; you just could tell he is a good, down-to-earth, genuine person. He pointed out all of the gluten free options to us (almost the entire menu). Any ramen can be made gluten free by subbing the noodles for rice noodles. Service was unmatched for a place where you order at the counter and seat yourself.
The food was delicious. We had the cucumber salad and two different types of ramen, plus two sodas. Presentation was beautiful, and taste was on point. This place is about a 25 minute drive for us, and we will absolutely be going back, probably over and over again. I see no reason for us to go anywhere else for ramen!

If it wasn't for the fact that the broth was so good I'd have given it 1 stars. We ordered and got our bowls in less than 2 minutes and it shows. The egg while perfectly cooked was ice cold and even after letting it sit in the ramen for a few minutes it was still a bit cold. My SO had chicken in hers with too many hard spots while mine had braised pork that felt like I was eating a chewy piece of jerky. I'd mostly forgive this if it wasn't for the fact it was 57 dollars for the both of us. If you want to take pictures come here the food looks gram worthy but if you want good quality ramen don't waste it here.

Got some ramen here, The owner was so sweet he was asking how we found his store and that he’s trying to find ways to be more visible in our community. I highly recommend coming here the ramen is high quality in a cute atmosphere super close to Babylon L.I.R.R. stop. If you have some time before a train you won’t regret stopping here. Brought leftovers home and had ramen the next day.

The best ramen I’ve had on Long Island; Slurp in Port Jeff being number two. Flavorful, perfect temperature and level of spice. The owner is friendly and passionate about his recipes. The place is clean with a laid back vibe; conveniently located across from the Babylon LIRR.
