My refrigerator had broken down the day I came home from surgery and they were kind enough to
work with me remotely addressing all my needs including size & features. They expeditiously came and removed my old refrigerator, hooking up my new one with automatic ice and filtered water system. Their servicemen were kind, neat and considerate making this untimely breakdown into a smooth transition. Plessers stands behind their products, not only with service, but excellent prices as well. I truly recommend them.

I stopped into Plesser’s Appliances in Southampton to get information on a new washer and dryer and had a great experience. I was greeted by Lyndsey, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns about reliability and service, and helped narrow down the best options.
Lyndsey showed me all available models online and had a detailed quote with pricing and product links emailed to me by the time I got home. Pricing was competitive with retailers like Lowe’s and P.C. Richards, but the level of personal, professional service at Plesser’s was far superior. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Plesser’s website after I was unable to find a unit locally that was small enough to fit the limited space in my kitchen. I was very pleased with the pricing, which was less than what I could find locally here in the Boston area, but I was hesitant to order online from a retailer I didn’t know. They threw in free delivery, which most of the stores around here would charge a hundred dollars or more for. My order shipped immediately and included tracking info and the delivery came with a week. Delivery guys were easy to work with and efficient. I am very pleased and will definitely check Plesser’s in the future when I am in the market for appliances.

I purchased a new appliance set from Plesser's about 9 years ago. When my oven died on me 3 days before having 30 guests for dinner, right before Christmas, I was scrambling to find something that asap. Mike E. answered my call and helped find an oven that they could get me by today. He had to do some juggling to make it happen, but he did. Kyle delivered and installed the new oven today and he was great as well. Quick, professional and I was the first stop, so I was able to start working on dinner right away.
They really saved the holiday for us! Highly recommended!

Plessers is a family owned business with excellent customer (human) care. I have used them in the past to purchase all my kids appliances. I recently placed an order with Peter Romano for my new home. Peter was very helpful , knows the appliances in/out and not a typical sales person who push products onto customer. I Plesser pricing is the best and their service is TOP notch. I strongly recommend PLesser to anyone that is shopping for appliances.
