Plessers is a family owned business with excellent customer care. I have used them to purchase all my appliances.
My refrigerator had broken down the day I came home from surgery and they were kind enough to
work with me remotely addressing all my needs including size & features. They expeditiously came and removed my old refrigerator, hooking up my new one with automatic ice and filtered water system. Their servicemen were kind, neat and considerate making this untimely breakdown into a smooth transition. Plessers stands behind their products, not only with service, but excellent prices as well. I truly recommend them.

We went to the Plesser's at 6 E Main St, Babylon, NY to look for kitchen appliances for a new build. We met Mr. Peter Romano who is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with on our build. There was no upselling and no pressure to buy the more expensive appliances, in fact Peter asked what our needs were as related to the range, wall oven, refrigerator, wine and beverage center and dishwasher and showed us appliances in varying prices and helped us choose what would best fit our daily anticipated needs. We are very happy with our purchases and glad that we had Peter helping us. He helped us save money and find deals to get some free stuff which everyone likes. We will definitely return to see Peter for our next purchases in the future.

I purchased a new appliance set from Plesser's about 9 years ago. When my oven died on me 3 days before having 30 guests for dinner, right before Christmas, I was scrambling to find something that asap. Mike E. answered my call and helped find an oven that they could get me by today. He had to do some juggling to make it happen, but he did. Kyle delivered and installed the new oven today and he was great as well. Quick, professional and I was the first stop, so I was able to start working on dinner right away.
They really saved the holiday for us! Highly recommended!

I had researched double ovens and decided the best one would be a KitchenAid 30" double oven KOED530SPS recently released with many great features. The suggested retail is $4,399. I found Plesser's had one for $2,488. Home Depot and Lowes had this same oven on sale for a short time at $2,699. I called Plesser's and Gene answered. Gene was very polite and personable and said the $2,488 was for an already opened box oven, but he offered to give me a new one for the same price which had a free 10 year warranty on the heating elements and free shipping (I am in Tennessee). So we consummated the deal. The next day the shipping manager called me to insure the shipping address was correct and suggested a great deal on a 5 year KitchenAid warranty for service and parts. Normally this is $499 and he told me there was a $200 coupon bringing the price down to $299. In addition, if there were no service calls within the first 5 years we would get $149.50 back. From my experience, service calls with any new part is at least $300 if it is something simple, so this was a very good deal. In summary, I found Plesser's to be easy to talk to and there was no rush to get me off the phone once the oven was paid for.
