My refrigerator had broken down the day I came home from surgery and they were kind enough to
work with me remotely addressing all my needs including size & features. They expeditiously came and removed my old refrigerator, hooking up my new one with automatic ice and filtered water system. Their servicemen were kind, neat and considerate making this untimely breakdown into a smooth transition. Plessers stands behind their products, not only with service, but excellent prices as well. I truly recommend them.

I stopped into Plesser’s Appliances in Southampton to get information on a new washer and dryer and had a great experience. I was greeted by Lyndsey, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns about reliability and service, and helped narrow down the best options.
Lyndsey showed me all available models online and had a detailed quote with pricing and product links emailed to me by the time I got home. Pricing was competitive with retailers like Lowe’s and P.C. Richards, but the level of personal, professional service at Plesser’s was far superior. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Plesser’s website after I was unable to find a unit locally that was small enough to fit the limited space in my kitchen. I was very pleased with the pricing, which was less than what I could find locally here in the Boston area, but I was hesitant to order online from a retailer I didn’t know. They threw in free delivery, which most of the stores around here would charge a hundred dollars or more for. My order shipped immediately and included tracking info and the delivery came with a week. Delivery guys were easy to work with and efficient. I am very pleased and will definitely check Plesser’s in the future when I am in the market for appliances.

The experience isn't done until the deliveries are made but so far 5 out of 5, and definitely recommend! Shopping was easy, website was great, and I needed to make a small change after the order so I wrote an email and called (the next day). Well the salesperson (Mike) was awesome, made the change, gave me his cell phone if I needed anything else and was a pleasure to work with. And even though Mike reported the order change to his manager so I didn't need a call back, they called anyway just to see if everything was fine. Great place, great people!

Lyndsey was great to work with. She listened to our needs and offered all of the options available. She gave us her undivided attention and put together exactly what we needed at the budget we expected. We didn't have any doubts about placing our order with her at the end of our visit and look forward to receiving our new appliances!
