I came here for the first time and never again I had come to have a soak off and instead the girl had filed my nails so raw they all turned red and didn’t even remove all the acrylic off I had told the woman multiple times that it was starting to hurt and instead of just stopping she just tried to keep going after spending over an hour there and paying about $30 the woman had the audacity to ask me for a tip it is now day 3 and my nails still hurt at the slightest touch

I have been to this nail salon twice and I have had great experiences with Julie specifically. She does an amazing job with my nails. They are also very reasonably priced. The first time I went I spent $150 for an acrylic set with pink powder, gel polish small pearls, hello kitty charms and heart charms in addition to acrylic French pedicure with gel polish. LOVE IT

I would never recommend this place. I should’ve walked out the moment I was greeted with a “what do you want!?”
I was very clear and asked for a powder set and they continued to push a “refill “ on me. I asked to see the color options for powder and was given a partially complete book of colors. There was barely a selection to match the color on my toes.
I specifically asked what was the price for powder that was clearly listed as $45 on the board. They tell me they will ask and let me know but in the meantime dip my nails in the acetone. I only find out as I’m done they charged me an Additional $10 for “long” nails. They never at any point mentioned that fee to me. A plain set of powder nails cost me $63! I normally pay $45 unless I add a design or gel. There was no reason for the overcharge bc my nails arent even “that long”.
The girl took almost 2hr to finish my plain and simple nails. She made my cuticles bleed and had to redo one whole hand because she over did it with the buffing machine and was going to leave it like that until I complained.
And the cherry on top, I sat through all this while four of them gathered and crowded in the table next to me to gamble and play cards. And by gamble, yes bills were disbursed.
Oh wait, but there’s more! The landlord walks in demanding rent and she’s there bickering with him back and forth about how she doesn’t have money and to come back next month!
Save your money and go someplace where you’re appreciated in a professional environment. Look at my nails, simple and plain.

If you are a person of color, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They are completely unprofessional, they talk about you right 8n your face and are very rude. They play around with the pricing in their favor of course. They are resistant to customers who speak up for themselves and ask questions about the not so consistent prices. Micheal flirts with the black women inappropriately while servicing their nails and can't stay off the phone while doing your nails! He's cut my cuticles quite often because he's on FaceTime with someone or talking on the phone. Black people should not patronize this business! They are horrible

I thoroughly enjoyed going. My nail tech was Lisa, and she did an amazing job. She got the extra cuticle and nail on my toes. When she did my full set, she took her time, and they are perfect. No caked-up acrylic under my nails. It was gorgeous work, and it didn't take all morning.
UPDATE: My experience still remains the same about Lisa. I've tried the others, and they do great work as well, but Lisa's my favorite. Here's my newest set, overlay on my nails.
