I thoroughly enjoyed going. My nail tech was Lisa, and she did an amazing job. She got the extra cuticle and nail on my toes. When she did my full set, she took her time, and they are perfect. No caked-up acrylic under my nails. It was gorgeous work, and it didn't take all morning.
UPDATE: My experience still remains the same about Lisa. I've tried the others, and they do great work as well, but Lisa's my favorite. Here's my newest set, overlay on my nails.

I have been going to the nail tech Kim for 3 years now and never been late ! Today she asked me to come at 4:30 although my appointment was scheduled for 5pm. I told her I could not come by 4:30 as I was at work but that I could try to get to her by 4:45. I get to her by 4:50 ( w/ traffic ) and she was arguing with me and giving me attitude stating I was late. Mind you I rushed straight to her after I left work and came into the shop earlier than my scheduled appointment time for her ! She continued on arguing with me and embarrassed me in front of customers and she would not stop ! I decided to leave the shop at that very moment before she started to work on my nails. I will not be disrespected and be treated badly in an establishment that I spend my money in. I have always been nice to her and always tip her well ! Moving forward I will not be coming to this nail shop because of this. This nail tech was very rude unprofessional !

I'm new to this place, recommended by a friend , the wait can be a little long , even with a appointment, they're good with nail designs especially Jessie, although stones and designs are a little pricey.., and my pedicure was good too. The customer service or interactions can be a little better. But I've returned, so... so far so good

This place is horrible will have u sit here lee and Micheal and then play stupid then say they can do ur nails u talk to them the day before and they tell u to come in the next day and when u get there they are unprofessional as hell but always looking for a damn tip Jessy needs to bring herself back I will never spend my money in here again thanks don’t want my nails to fall off in a week

Kimberly is my nail tech and she knows me in and out. She and the ladies are humble and hard working they have been serving our community for a very long time. The wait is worth the service!
