Pro-fit has been one of the best gyms on the island for the past decade. The staff and Alix have been nothing but amazing to me and all my friends that have been here. All the equipments and sauna have always been kept up to date and clean. 10/10 recommend profit to anybody in the nearby area to check out. They also have an amazing shake bar with lots of other amenities to offer not to mention they’re open 24 hours

Great gym, pretty big space, love the art work and super friendly staff. So many machines, maybe almost too many in some spots. Great stretching spaces, astroturf, posing room, personal trainer. I keep hearing about this Anthony guy, must be a great trainer.
They sell supplements at the place and have a food/snack place right next door. Lots of fit people at the place, it’s inspiring.

Probably the best all around gym there is in Long Island. I mean obviously there are pros and cons. Pros being that they are really attentive to the equipment in the actually gym and they basically have everything you need there . I mean genuinely everything. The atmosphere is also very nice and generally the people around are quite friendly.
I guess the only cons are the fact that this gym is so overcrowded but honestly it’s really a sign that literally everyone and there mother goes here which is for good reason because they really do give you better value then a commercial gym. My only other con is that the staff could be a bit nicer but honestly most of the time I had my headphones in and I wouldn’t even pay any mind.
Although I don’t currently have a membership here, it’s still honestly the best gym in LI.

Great place. When I first came in, I felt intimidated as most of the guys and gals coming here are light years ahead of me when it comes to fitness regardless of their age. But over time, I started fitting in. Noticed those people are mainly down to earth and humble. Place is clean and welcoming to everyone regardless of their fitness level.

I pay $29 a month by using Blue Cross Blue Shield’s fitness discount program (Fitness Your Way/Tivity Health).
I love working out at Pro—Fit because it is open 24 hours, people re-rack their weights and malfunctioning equipment is promptly fixed.
I use Pro-Fit’s app to check in and to log my workouts. Their app has a Leaderboard, which ranks my workout performance compared to other Pro-Fit members. The competition motivates me to work out consistently, and my health is better because of it. My primary care doctor is now pleased with body weight and blood test results.
I highly recommend Pro-Fit.
