Sal was great! We had a backup from our main line, emergency. Sewage coming up into our tub. He fixed the problem and explained some other options for us for the future. He wasn’t pushy or trying to over sell. He was just honest, quick and reliable. I would 1000% call him again for any plumbing issues. Top notch!

I Had my cesspool system inspected with a camera by Sal Motta. I was impressed by his honest and professional approach - he didn't try to oversell me on a new system or unnecessary repairs. Instead, he clearly explained my options: do nothing for now, replace a pipe, or replace the entire system. He made it clear that nothing had to be done immediately, which I really appreciated.
Sal sent me the inspection video so I could see everything for myself. His communication throughout the process was excellent - responsive, clear, and informative.
It's refreshing to work with a contractor who gives you honest assessments rather than pushing for the most expensive option. I will definitely be using Quick Drain when I decide which route to take with my system. Highly recommend Sal and his services!

Late in the day, we discovered that we had a drainage problem that was preventing any use of the toilets in the house. We called a number of companies, but none of them could provide service until the following day, except Quick Drain. Sal got to the house at 9:30 in the evening, quickly identified the problem and removed the blockage. He used a high resolution sewer camera to locate the blockages and examine the pipes going from the house to the sewer line and the pipes in the house. He found a blockage in the trap and cleared it.He was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and personable.
