Richards heating and cooling answered all my questions and concerns prior to contract. I was very satisfied with them. They were very professional and courteous. Removal and installation of the new furnace went very smoothly. They were right on time and were very efficient. They made sure I knew how my new system worked and that I was comfortable with using it. I would highly recommend them.

Had a complete HVAC unit installed, including air handler and condenser and it couldn’t have been any smoother. Richard’s heating and cooling crew was in and out in one day, And had my house feeling cool again. Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for high-quality work!

Got our central air conditioning fixed today, had to replace the old R22 system on both outside condenser/compressor and the whole air handler. With all the research and recommendations we ended up getting a TRANE 4-ton 16 seer unit, all of which were supplied and professionally installed by Richard’s Heating & Cooling. We are very satisfied and very happy with the overall project. We definitely recommend them on your HVAC needs (estimates, new system, service call, etc.)! Very nice, professional, honest and great people to deal with. Communication was excellent and work was clean, neat and organized. Again, if you are looking for a “worry free” HVAC contractor just call them and use them. You can’t go wrong and satisfaction guaranteed! We proved it ourselves and we wanted to share the same experience to you! Good luck!!!

I just HAD to come over here and praise my incredible experience with Richard’s Heating & Cooling. Last summer my central AC unit of 20+ years crapped out in mid August. Multiple companies tried to strong arm me into replacing the unit and that it couldn’t be fixed. Ryan was amazing and not only offered the most reasonable quote but helped problem solve a way to keep the unit running through the end of the season. So naturally when it came time to plan replacing the unit this spring I reached out to them first. Ryan gave me a great quote and even offered a 0% financing option. They did a one day install and offered a 5 year warranty when everyone else only offered 1. I’m so happy I found an honest company that solved my problem without taking advantage of me.
