When my boiler froze up overnight, I decided to contact your establishment and was pleasantly surprised when you answered the phone yourself. You are a very kind gentleman, and our communication was straightforward and honest. It felt more as if I knew you personally and you were doing me a favor; I truly appreciate that you took the time to listen and understand my concerns.
I also want to commend your technician, Johnny. He made the entire process as easy as 123. Please pass along my thanks to him for his excellent work. Furthermore, I found the pricing to be respectfully affordable and had no issues whatsoever. Let me not forget to mention how quick and fast they showed up.
You are now my go-to team, and I will definitely continue to do business with Richards Heating & Cooling in the future.

Great Company! I am a repeat customer. 6 years ago, they replaced and installed a water heater for me in no time. Today I had a boiler issue in the middle of the night.. no heat and a freezing house. Richard is always kind and helpful..answers calls right away. An Honest & fair group of people. Ryan was here, a very nice guy..he is the owners son and extremely knowledgeable. Ryan diagnosed the issue and had my heat on right away. I highly recommend them, they are reasonable and caring. FYI A Service call is very fairly priced but if you need repairs, parts etc it will cost more in addition to the service call fee.

Let me tell you , this company is amazing and was an absolute pleasure to have help in a time of need. John our technician, had our water heater and furnace up and running in no time. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone who needs a trustworthy, reliable, and affordable heating company that cares for its customers. P.S definitely dog friendly on another note. My dogs usually bark at everyone but didn't make one peep while he was working lol. Thank you again Richard’s !

Richard installed our boiler in July 2025 after removing our decrepit old system. He and his crew were wonderful-efficient, professional and courteous. Today we made a 7 a.m. emergency call to Richard because we had no heat and it was 4 degrees outside! He guessed the problem and talked my husband through a solution (frozen outside pipe), again professional and courteous service. We would 100% recommend Richard and his team for any heating or cooling system install or repair

Great Experience! Had an emergency with my water heater. RIchard’s came promptly and were amazing in getting our heat and hot water back on!! I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs! Five star all the way!
