I have been shopping at Rip & Ship for a few months now since coming back to the hobby. All of the guys and gals are extremely nice and helpful and genuinely make me feel welcome in the store. Rick, Al, Paul, Vinny, and everyone else genuinely try and help all of their customers out by selling at fair prices and not ripping guys off. I routinely shop in the store multiple times per week and cannot recommend the store any more. I drive forty five minutes each way to gladly give my business to these guys because they are the best and a dying breed in a hobby space concerned with making as much money off their customer's as possible. 10/10

Edit to my original review: as you can see from the stores response, they are very rude and nasty. That’s the same service they provide. Instead of working with the customer, they get angry, aggressive and resort to name calling. I will make sure that every single person learns about their terrible service. They had an opportunity to make things right and instead they double down on terrible service. They have no shame, let this experience be a warning to other possible customers. They point to their fine print as if they’re a car dealership, this is trading cards, not a car. Yes, sometimes the customer makes an honest mistake, you can see from the stores reaction and response how they will take care of you if that ever happens.
Terrible store with terrible policies. They charged me cancellation fee for an accidental order and something I didn’t want to order. Please avoid this store, there’s a much better store close by called Smoke and Mirrors.
It was my first order and definitely my last order with this store. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves up charging like scalpers and then charging more fees on top of that. Stores like this is what ruins the hobby

Super friendly staff, great environment and FAIR!
I subscribe to their monthly pokemon box which has provided great value both in terms of the packs and graded cards I receive and the benefits provided in the monthly subscriber discord chat.
The community here is great, and people come from as far as jersey to visit the store.
Everyone goofs on Al all the time, but he is a great guy and always very helpful.

These guys are the best, found them late last year. I regularly purchase sealed products from them online and also from their stream. They pack their orders better than Walmart and Pokemon center 😂. Hope to go to the store in person one day. Special shout out to Vinny and Bobby!

What negative things can I say about this place? Absolutely none! I first walked into this store a little over a year ago and I have been impressed every single time. From the staff to the events that are held. Looking for something specific they got you, looking for help or advice with a tcg they got you. Still the leading card shop on Long Island maybe even the northeast!
