DO NOT BUY POKÉMON EBTS FROM THIS SHOP! I bought a Pokemon Black Bolt ETB from here yesterday (2/15/26) and was very excited to hear that the price was 90$ on it. I later realized that i didn’t get a receipt and they didn’t offer me one either. I was so excited that I didn’t care that I didn’t get a receipt in the moment. But it was very fishy that I didn’t get one. Although the box had a factory seal, all 9 packs were the most obvious resealed packs I’ve ever come across, and I’ve been collecting since 2009. All the packs were not air tight and the glue on the back flaps was too strong and there was glue residue on some of them. Not to mention that most of the cards have the same small defect on the bottom left corner as if the top layer is coming off. The staff were very rude as well. When I inquired about the price of the ebt the employee didn’t even finish saying 90 before he left me to go attend a customer trying to buy a card. I was left standing there for a few minutes. I should’ve left at that moment but I really wanted the EBT. The whole transaction was just very suspicious and I wouldn’t be surprised if one of the employees knew about any resealing that may have been done. I WOULD NOT BUY POKEMON PRODUCTS FROM HERE AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE READING THIS DOESN’T EITHER.

Started coming here about 2ish months ago to get singles for my master set. The staff is very personable and sweet! Their singles are also priced very fairly which is great. I love their use of Card Chaos so I’m able to check if they have what I need before making the drive, since they are quite far from me. Employees are very understanding and will cut you a deal here and there which is always appreciated. Just today they helped me trade for my dream card! Thank you so much to the staff for their help! If you’re ever in the area and a big TCG person, I’d def recommend coming here 🫶

Always a good experience shopping here. Al helped me send my card to PSA for the first time and it came back a PSA 10. Wish PSA would get their act together and speed things along but this is no fault of Rip N Ship. Paul even hooked me up with a discounted Graded Guard for it. Grateful for Al and the rest of the team for always being so helpful.

Just went here for the first time to sell some cards I've been holding on to since 2020 intending to grade but never did, called ahead and the person I spoke to on the phone was very easy to talk to about whether or not they'd take a look, they were interested. Easy little parking lot behind the store (on Deer Park Ave. some places can be a nightmare)
Long story short, Dean took my cards, took a look and inspected, asked if I'm looking for cash or credit (Credit rates are better everywhere as is industry standard) and the whole thing went smoothly, no need to haggle, fair offer for what I expected and walked out a happy customer. Will definitely be doing more business in the future here.

Time and time again. RNS proves to be one of the best TCG stores on Long Island. Releases are always smooth, employees are always happy and their content is great. Customer service is great at this store, and the prices are even better. Almost always at retail price, this is an expensive hobby. Players and collectors alike would like to say thank you, and shout out the owner Vinny and everyone else, Al. You guys making shopping here a pleasure.
